Establishing Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients as a Trusted Partner in Dental Care

The day began with a warm welcome from Mr. Phankom Ngamsaneh, Department Manager, who greeted all participants and set the tone for a day of learning and collaboration.

Following the welcome, Ms. Jeerayada Darawittayakorn, Sales Executive – Personal Care, introduced our company and provided an overview of our personal care portfolio. She shared in-depth information on mouth anatomy, the global trends in oral care, and key market movements, with a special focus on the Thai market.

The morning session concluded with a presentation by Ms. Nichakan Saengpetch, Lab Specialist, who introduced the ingredients we offer for use in oral care products. She provided valuable technical knowledge on formulations, with specific tips for creating clear gel toothpaste using EVONIK Silica.

The afternoon session featured a hands-on workshop led by Ms. Oranit Yodjan, Personal Care Lab Manager. Participants had the opportunity to get hands-on experience, learning the appropriate processes for formulation and creating up to three different oral care products—opaque toothpaste, gel toothpaste, and mouth spray.

The seminar received overwhelmingly positive feedback, achieving an average satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5.0. We hope that this initiative will greatly benefit our clients and contribute to their growth in the oral care sector.
