China has extended the deadline by which cosmetics manufacturers are required to submit data under its Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation, according to a report published by Chemical Watch. Previously May 1, the deadline for product classification codes for cosmetics that were approved prior to May 1, 2021 and product efficacy summaries for cosmetics approved between May 1 and December 31, 2021. has now been moved to December 31, 2022.
